I went to Jingu Stadium to watch baseball game, Yakult vs. Hanshin on rany night. Yakult is home team of Tokyo (Giants, too) . Hanshin is home team of Osaka and Kobe area.
Hanshin is very popular in Tokyo, too. So many Hanshin fans are in Jingu Stadium. Hanshin fans fly blowing balloons at the 7th inning.
Yakult fan’s lucky item is the umbrella that is smaller than normal. Yakult’s mascot “Tsubakuro” (as a swallow) is on the tip.
The free space “BORN FREE WORKS” is in Yuigahama beach, Kamakura. Kamakura is the suburbs of Tokyo and Yokohama and along the seashore.
When I went the other day, The knit brand “n100″ held their exhibition sale. BORN FREE WORKS’s owner Kako-san is a surfer. She is usually selling a hammock there.
eau cafe is a “very Daikanyama style” cafe, like visit to someone’s house.
you can enjoy handmade sweets, snacks, lemonade, or beverages within the french taste music. or if you choose the menu & pay first, you can go up to spend some time on the rooftop of the cafe’s building! :)
“Afternoon Tea” shops also sell table wares, sundry goods, etc…
The shops are always crowded with girls.

I-MI-tea is their most popular & proud drink, means “(I)ced (MI)lk tea” ;)
We ordered I-MI-tea with whole apple pie & whole banana pie. 1 whole
fruit in the pie!
Tsukimi is a Japanese festival honoring the first full moon of Autumn. The celebration takes place on the 14th of September on the lunisolar calendar this year.
Manju is a popular traditional Japanese confection.
There are many varieties of manju, but most have an outside made from flour, rice powder and buckwheat and a filling of an (red bean paste), made from boiled azuki beans and sugar.
We look at the moon, enjoying the beauty silence. Tsukimi also has the meaning of celebrating the autumn harvest.
I ride on Yakatabune, the traditional party boat with some friends.
the ship serves good Japanese dinner… sashimi, tofu and Tempura was served as soon as these are fried immediately.
If you’d like to ride that big group as 20 people or more, you can rent whole one Yakatabune.Or small group, you’ll ride it with other groups.

I went to Asakusa with my friend and we stopped by Funawa for sweets. We had Anmitsu and kusamochi.
Anmitsu is made of small cubes of agar jelly, a white translucent jelly made from red algae or seaweed which served in a bowl with sweet azuki bean paste or anko.
kusamochi is a rice cake mixed with yomogi. If you have a sweet tooth, you will love them!!
These are Pies”Leaf Pies”, Dry Cakes”Victoria” and stick Pies”Cheese Batons” from WEST “Japanese confectionary shop” since 1947. The Leaf Pie is made of fresh butter and flour are folded into 256 layers each by hand,it is shaped as a leaf.
Victoria is a dry cake with a specially arranged strawberry jam. Cheese Baton is using the same fresh butter as the leaf pie in the dough and mixing in Edam cheese from Holland with a strong saltiness.
These are popular items for Japanese gift-giving customs.
