Soup curry is oriented in Hokkaido. I tried to eat it home.
This is Jingisukan (Genghis Khan) barbecue. It’s also oriented in Hokkaido (not Mongol). Hokkaiodo people seems to prefer eating a ram. I don’t know why it was named Genghis Khan’s name.
