The winter coat give you that cute schoolgirl look.
“Straw straw” MUJI AWARD 03 Gold Prize
MUJI AWARD 03 was announced. That was opened 3 times since 2005. 1,986 entries from 35 countries applied on this time.
Gold Prize is “Straw straw” by Yuki Iida (Japan). That is made with really natural straws of wheat.
I want to try it to drink something !! I think it’s a true eco-product. I can hardly wait it will be available at MUJI Store.

Hello-Kitty’s bamboo rake at “Asakusa-TORINOICH”
I went to “TORINOICH” in Asakusa. “TORINOICH” is an anual festival held in many places around Tokyo in Nov. And the most famous is this one at Asakusa.
I found Hello-Kitty’s bamboo rake. A special thing on Torinoichi was “Bamboo Rake for good luck”.
A highly decorated bamboo rake was particular popular as goods to bring happiness and prosperity in business. That seemed to be contributed by Hello-Kitty’s company “Sanrio”.
Japan is also in resession time. Many people there prayed thier business success on next year.
Hello-Kitty bling-bling bicycle
I foud the Hello-Kitty bling-bling bicycle at Shinjuku.
That’s made by using a lot of Swarovski crystals.
Atelier Mamewazo
I went to the gallery “Mamewazo” at Sengoku in Bunkyo-ku. it open irregularly. it was renovated from old Japanese-style house.
Maiko Ida held her doll exhibition and served hot soup cooked by herself. Mamewazo often held tableware exhibition and cooking event.

Starbucks Japan released original mobile phone strap again ! This spring season I bought spring version. Fortunately I got it again !
