My sister and I went to Atami Plum (Ume) Garden which was a garden with Japanese Plums located in Atami.
It was little chilly but we enjoyed looking at flowers.
The plums of this garden bloom from beginning of January to March.
During the Plum (Ume) season, there are events and food stands are held and open in the garden.

My sister and I met a lovely cat at a hotel, ‘Kai’ in Atami. She looked like checking who was staying at the hotel.
She was very friendly and she could be one of the reasons to come back here.

Our rooms of the hotel were very cozy and very classical Japanese style.
There was a large window, and we were able to see a lot of trees from there.
We had very good time in peace to sat down in front of the window and just relaxed.
My sister and I went to Atami at Shizuoka pref. for an overnight trip to hot spring resort、Atami. Atami is very close to Tokyo. It takes less than 1 hour by a bullet train from Tokyo station. It is very easy to go on an overnight trip from Tokyo.
We stayed at a hotel, ‘Kai’ in Atami. The hotel is classical Japanese style, but it was renovated beautifully.
Also, we are able to have a relaxed time taking baths in hot springs at the hotel. There are two different baths including an open air bath and an indoor bath.
Moreover, it is located in front of Sagami Bay, and it is also surrounded by a lot of trees.
We are able to enjoy the beautiful nature around.
Before we went home, we stopped by ‘Oozasa Bokujou’(farm) to have their
special handmade ice cream which was extremely rich taste of milk.
The Oozasa Bokujou seems to be a good place to get in touch with nature.
There are some kinds of facilities such as camping and a BBQ.
Everybody is able to have fun there.

We had walked around to enjoy some greens and a river because there were many traffic jams.
And, we had our favorite sweets, ‘Miyamae-dango’ to took a rest for a while.
Of course the dango made us big smiles.

My friend and I rent a car to drive to Nikko in Tochigi pref. in order to be relax and have a good time.
We drove to the ceder-lined highway in Nikko, Tochigi pref. where was a very famous tree-lined street.
There were a lot of big ceder trees lined the street that made us a peaceful time.
And, we stopped by at a Soba restaurant, ‘Namiki-soba’, and we have really good soba there.

We all ate some extremely delicious pudding that I bought online.
This pudding is made in Furano, Hokkaido.
The very rich and delicious pudding is made to perfection using Hokkaido’s freshly collected eggs and fresh squeezed milk that is slowly and thoroughly steamed in a large earthenware bowl.
There is a large amount of pudding, so it’s perfect to eat at parties with many people.
