I got a cake of the season limitation” Mont Blanc” from KEITH Manhattan. Monburan is a soft layer of chestnut cream cake with sweet nutty chestnut puree.
It’s creamy, sweet and delightful with 3 different textures in each bite. It seems fantastic treat with a cup of Earl Grey tea.

Hato sable (pigeon shaped cookie) is long-established famous sweets. You can buy the tasty sable everywhere in Tokyo, but the cute zakka are selling only at the founding place, Kamakura head shop.

This is a chocolate biscuit inspired by tiramisu from Kabaya.
It is made of biscuits, layered with milk chocolate,coffee sauce and mascarpone cheese flavored chocolate to create the right taste and texture of tiramisu.
