The bracken-starch dumpling is really good with green powdered tea.

Unagi is the Japanese word for freshwater eels. Unagi are a common ingredient in Japanese cooking. Unagi is served as part of unajyu(or unadon). a dish with sliced eel served on a bed of rice.

Unagi is rich in protein, calcium, vitamin A and E, and it’s said to give people stamina. The traditional accompaniment to unajyu(or unadon) is a small bowl of kimosui, eel liver soup.(!!)

Their specialty is tonkatsu, deep-fried breaded pork. And their unique technique, which is to
tenderize the meat before breading it.

The meat is juicy, but not oily. And the breading comes in six different flavorings.
Kimu Katsu’s katsu is the “millefeuille” of katsu. You must tast Kimu Katsu even if you had to
wait almost 60 minutes outside in the cold.
