I had shabu shabu course at Imahuku. The dinner started from spring scent hors d’oeuvres.

High quality good beef was carefully thinly sliced, and we could have interesting experience tasting different parts of meat with a lot of vegetables.

After enjoying shabu shabu, they cook and serve ramen from leftover soup for us.

And I ordered them special birthday dessert plate for my partner, it was cute and also good!

Lunch at Otawaragyu

My friend and I went to a steak house, Otawaragyu for lunch at Kashiwa city in Chiba pref.

We chose their lunch special because we love a Salisbury steak in Japanese style.
It was very good and also unbelievably tender and juicy.
We were completely satisfied with this good lunch.

However, the caramel ice cream for the dessert was great.

Kuumba du Falafel

This is not a beautiful bouquet, but a good falafel sandwich!
Pita bread stuffed with fresh and many kinds of vegetables, and herb scented falafel is in the bottom of these.
The cafe is near Shinsen station, 1 stop from Shibuya and there’s unfamiliar to me, however I’ll come again very soon.

My friend and I went to a Yakitori (grilled chicken with Japanese style) restaurant, Bird Land for our dinner.
We’ve ordered their favorite course.

The course came with liver pate, the assortment of special skewers ( 8 kinds), grilled chicken with ‘sansho’ spice, cabbage flavored truffle and salt, grilled cheese and chicken and egg rice bowl.

It was very fun to have a lot of kinds of the Yakitori.
And also, they were wonderful taste. I love the Yakitori sauce which was appetizing smell.

I went to Midori Sushi after a long time.
As usual, we need to wait in a long queue… and finally we got seats and enjoyed sushi!

I like having some conversation with sushi-cook what kind of fish or seafood are “today’s special”.

A restaurant, Shares at Kachidoki

My friend and I went to ‘Shares’ where is very cozy and neat New York style restaurant to have dinner together in Kachidoki.

We’ve ordered a mozzarella and tomato salad, a french onion soup, a huge beefsteak and a fish burger with tartar sauce.
Everything was great. We had very good time with the good foods.

‘Chanko-nabe’ at Saganobori

My friend and I went to have a Chanko-nabe at a restaurant, Saganobori in Ginza.

Chankonabe is a hot pot dish in Japanese style that is usually eaten by sumo wrestlers in Japan.

Sumo wrestlers cook ‘chankonabe’ at their sumo stables for themselves and their boss.

‘Saganobori’ is name of a former sumo wrestler. He’s opened his chankonabe restaurant after he left the ring.

We had a course of the chankonabe with salt flavor that was included some beautiful appetizers.
And, the chankonabe was very delicious especially the meat balls.
We had a lot of fresh vegetables in the pot also.

My friend and I had brunch at Lauderdale in Roppongi on last Sunday.

And, we chose their 100% beef burgers with 2 side items such as iced tea and chili con carne.
