Jinnan Curry curry bread

I went to Jinnan Curry, which opened in March this year on Shibuya’s Bunkamura Street.

This restaurant offers additive-free curry that you can eat without worrying.

I tried their curry bread.

The outside was crisp and easy to chew, and the inside was full of delicious curry.

They bake their bread using natural yeast, making it soft and very tasty.

Hello Kitty turn her shape into everything. She became inarizushi.
Inarizushi is a kind of sushi, simple and good.

Tokyo Dominica

Soup curry is origined from Sapporo Hokkaido, and now some specialty shops in Tokyo.
I went to Tokyo Dominica. They serves 5 colors of soup curry.
Basic yellow, tomato red, thick black, soy milk based white, and nostalgic dark yellow.

We chose white and black. Both of these were good!

Tanzaburo

I went to a soba noodle restaurant called Tanzaburo in Okutama.

The restaurant is a remodeled old house, and has great atmosphere.

There is a heated table set in the middle of the room, and it is very relaxing.

I ordered the tempura soba set meal.
The handmade soba noodles were very chewy.
The tempura made from seasonal vegetables was very delicious.

I went to a restaurant called KOBAIEN in Ome.

Ome is a place famous for Japanese apricots. Right now, it’s the Japanese apricot season and it was bustling with people.
Next to the restaurant too, the flowers of a red Japanese apricot tree were blooming.

This restaurant is famous for 葛きり(kudzu starch noodles).

I ate chilled 葛きり dipped in Japanese apricot sauce.
It was slightly sweet-and-sour and was very delicious.

California Kitchen Malibu

I was passing by this restaurant, and noticed I was hungry.
There’s some Amrican-style dishes for lunch.

I chose avocado cheese burger set.
It was a unique one, using a lot of slightly sour tartar sauce within, very creamy.
I needed so many paper napkins not to spill that.

I’ve got a vivid pink croissant at Fauchon, named “croissant tigre a la framboise”.
Yes, it’s like a cute colorful yummy tiger.
There’s three colors of beautiful tigers – pink framboise (raspberry), green pistache (pistachio), and brown chocolat (chocolate) were in the shop.

Bean snacks from ‘Mameya Bankyu’

I’ve found a very cute bean shaped box that is a container for bean snacks at Matsuya Ginza department store.
There are a lot of kinds of flavors of bean snacks and the bean shaped box with very cute designs.

And, I got 2 lovely boxes such as Panda with koma (a Japaneses traditional toy) that was the seasonal design and Maneki-neko (lucky cat).
Also, I chose the bean flavors such as Earl Grey and Italian (tomato & basil) this time.

I think the fancy box with beautiful design in Japanese style might be good as a small present.
