My friend bring me to a old building, there’s some stalls in there.
That was Kamakura farmer’s market. The market is not so big, but you can see many kind of vegetables at there.
I got a bowl of “kamakura mix salad set”. these fresh herbs & vegetables were treat of my body & spirit!
I want to go back there, very soon!!
romi-unie confiture is the fruit preserves shop, all of their “jam” are juicy, burst with fresh flavor.
The shop collaborated with Mitsubachi-tote, to celebrate their 8th year anniversary.
8 kind of tote bags were imaged from their special jam. The image source… a tiny jar of jam was attached to the tote bag, it’s like a charm!!
I got a purple tote bag named cache cache – flavor of cassis and fig. yum!

I had a special lunch course at Ginza Aster in Shinjuku with my friend.
The Ginza Aster is a very famous fancy Chinese restaurant in Japan.
The course was started with the appetizer, stir-fried chicken with some vegetables, stir-fried white fish with some root vegetables, braised pork belly, noodles and almond jelly with fruits for dessert.
I really enjoyed the Chinese foods that were very good and not greasy.

Komeda’s Coffee is a chain company of coffee shops, but they are very famous of “Shironoir”.
Soft serve is on hot danish pastry. Simple and kinda nostalgic sweets!
My friend ordered “Cream soda”, the vivid green soda reminds us when
we were children!

I had good lunch time at RAINBOW kitchen at Shimokitazawa.
All of the foods are handmade, using organic ingredients.
It’s comfortable when we eat and drink slowly sitting on legless chairs.

However, I had ‘Osechi’ that was Japaneses traditional food for New
Year’s with my family on New Year’s Day.
A lot of kinds of foods that have special meanings associated with good luck are filled in boxes.
The ‘Osechi’ that I got was from Oshima. I ordered it at Matsuya department store.

My friend gave me beautiful and colorful Pates de Fruits, ‘Fruits Gelifier’ from Isetan.
Pates de Fruits is an European traditional confiserie, however the ‘Fruits Gelifier’ has a slightly sticky texture that is adapted to the Japanese plate.
