I went to “Ever and Never: the art of PEANUTS” Snoopy Exhibit to be held at Mori Arts Center Gallery in Roppongi.

It’s amazing you can see about 100 original drawings made public in Japan for the first time, sketches by Charles Monroe Schulz.

Yoshitomo Nara’s Black guard angel

I got this lovely black guard angel with a “mean” look. The girl is one of Nara’s artwork. I can feel she warmly watches over me with slanted eyes.

Yoshitomo Nara “ならよしとも” is a Japanese contemporary artist. He was born on December 5th, 1959 in Hirosaki.
He specializes in flat, two-dimensional drawings depicting sulky, bigheaded cartoonesque characters who are cunningly cute yet corrosive.

Photo Exhibition Neko-Lion

I went to Mitsuaki Iwago’s latest photo exhibition Neko-Lion.
The copy says “cats (neko) are small lions, lions are big cats.”
Both cats and lions similar situation photos are hanged on side by side, we can compare them or just enjoy photos. All of these are amazing! If you’re a cat lover, you should check this!

Exhibition – Ami to Nui no SF

Two of cool artists 203gow and Keiko Miyata hold their exhibition, named “Ami to Nui no SF”. It means SF world of knitting and sewing. The door to another dimension was quite simple but the door-nob was something different – as promised start of story-telling…

it was wonderful so many colorful creatures came down from ceilings! Some of them are far bigger than us, but looks like they’re floating.

It’s titled Flip Fashion, illustrated by Lucille Cerc, a London-based artist.

This winter Tokyo is cold, but I’m lucky enough – I could had a chance to order one-of-a-kind arm warmers to a stunning artist miquraffreshia!
My request was “colorful galaxy (or aurora) in the dark black sky”.

I LOVE this fluffy galaxy, so happy to go out with these! It’s really funny and good my arms looks like some kind of spacey-animals!
