I’ve found a Samurai pudding at a supermarket.
The funny glass jar in which was printed a face of Samurai and the Chinese character caught my eyes.
The Samurai pudding is made in Hokkaido ( it is the largest and northernmost of Japan’s 47 prefectures.).
It is only used highly-selected ingredients from Hokkaido, and also made not over-sweetened puddings to taste adults.
The custard is very rich and tastes good, and the caramel is also very good has a slightly bitter taste.
