My friend took me a natural restaurant, ‘Hi Mizu Tuchi’ in Ginza for lunch.
The restaurant is concerned with the use of selected ingredients such as natural cultivation and organic foods.
We had a lunch course which was the chef’s recommendation. We really enjoyed the good foods and the wonderful and colorful presentations on the dishes. Also, I was very comfortable in the cozy room.
