My friend and I went to Joel durand at Ginza to have a parfait after our dinner.
I had the Liegeois A (black chocolate) that was a cold dessert made from their original ice cream, coffee, fresh cream and almond praline.
I really liked the rich taste of the cacao that give a rich aroma also. We were able to enjoy the different varieties of the flavors, aroma and textures.
