Soft dried anzu (apricot) in daihuku.
Apricot is separate with center of mochi dumpling to anko (bean jam) carefully. Looks like tiny sandwich when you bite this.
Lovely orange color can see through the mochi dumpling. Sweet and sour, beautiful scent of apricot! I love this!
