Banh Xeo
Looks like a omelette, but no, this is bahn xeo. Good Vietnamese food.
Made of rice flour, coconut milk, bean sprouts, some pork, shrimp etc.
Break it to one-bite size, wrap it in leaf vegetables and eat with some sauce.
It was so good!

Oh! I’m so glad there’s Banh Xeo in Japan ^_^
When I go next time I’m definitely going to try it.
I wonder if it tastes the same as when my parents make it~
