amalfi Castello sakura lunch
Lunch at amalfi Castello.
I chose sakura course.
Vegetables were slightly smoked sakura wood chips,
pink sauce under baked sea bass was scents of sakura…
Our stomach and five senses filled with spring.

Smoked vegetables, must have tasted wonderfully. Everything is a feast for the eyes too.
