galette des rois - Sadaharu AOKI
New year’s french pastry… galette des rois is getting famous in Japan.
Sadaharu Aoki’s not filled traditional almond cream, but green tea cream.
The color is interesting for this, and the original fave (macaron,Aoki’s specialite!) is so cute!! but I was slightly disappointed because I can’t choose my fave color :(
