May I ask where I can buy this watch in Tokyo? Is there a particular store?
Pardon my slightly moronic q’s but I haven’t been to Tokyo and am thinking of buying this watch when I visit next week.

Hi! you can get the watches at Tsumori Chisato shops.

first one is flag shop is at Omotesando
2nd is Daikanyama
3rd is Yurakucho
and 4th is Tokyo
or you may find the shop at Shibuya Parco 1, Shinjuku Isetan…
