Cya Kuri Manju (Green tea sweet chestnut Manju)
These are Manju (steamed bean-jam bun) from Kawane hot springs in Shizuoka prefecture. It contains whole sweet chestnut and green tea was knead into dough.
The secret behind its popularity is the sticky texture on the tongue that has been created using the natural sweet chestnut.
