Mellow Cafe is not a ordinary “neko cafe” but a “spend some good time with cats (neko)” cafe.

The shop staff are really cute! But when I went there, all of them were sleeping (the cafe bans touching them while they’re sleeping) or in the cage… hmm! not a good timing… T_T

I have never seen a neko cafe, but there was a dog cafe near my workplace in Tokyo. Though to be honest, if I am eating I prefer the pets to be outside.
