Mori girl boom

The Mori Girl entry on 8tokyo.com is the most popular one in these days. Now some of Mori Girl magazines and photoboooks are published.

Those books confuse the meaning of Mori girl. I thought Mori Girl means fashion style like a girl living in forest. but now it is a little urbanized.

There are American online communities for morigirls where people dress up and take pictures of themselves wearing the morigirl style and post them. They scan in the pictures from magazines and try to copy the Japanese style.

I did enjoy them, though.
