“NORIO” which is the name of (dried) seaweed

Nori is the Japanese name for various edible seaweed species. There are mainly three kinds of nori, one is for rolled sushi but not grilled. Another is called yakinori and it is grilled, the other is called ajitsukenori and it is flavored by soy sauce and mirin (sweet sake).

“NORIO” is additive-free ajitsukenori which is flavored by not only soy sauce and mirin (sweet sake) but also kurozu(black rice vinegar). If you have “NORIO”, one can enjoying eat a bowl of rice without other dishes!!
