Japanese Style Rusks (from Waraku Beniya)
A rusk is a rectangular, hard, dry biscuit or a twice-baked bread.
There are miso (bean paste), Soybean Flour, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame, yuzu (citron) flavors from Waraku Beniya. They are very tasty.
