Pudding Dorayaki
Dorayaki is a type of Japanese confection which consists of two small pancake-like patties made
from kasutera usually wrapped around a filling of sweet red bean paste, but the Pudding Dorayaki
wrapped around a slice of pudding.
This is good for afternoon snack.

Hi…
I am not Japanese and don’t know the language either. But I love Japanese food. How do I make the pudding filling?
Also, I’ve been looking for the recipe for yose-dofu using nigari.
