We went to Imado Shrine, the shrine is famous for bless of love and “maneki-neko (lucky cat) couple”.
Many girls were coming there to pray for good luck and get cute maneki-neko amulets.

Then we went back to near Asakusa station to eat good tempura-soba.
It was a fun small adventure for the sightseer like us. I’d like to know east side of Tokyo more and more!

My friend and I had a dinner at seafood teppanyaki restaurant, “Ricolo” in Tokyo Daimaru department store.

We sat in front of the teppan (grill plates), and we enjoyed watching our foods were cooked on the grill plates at the kitchen.

And, we had some grilled fresh vegetables, pork and tuna fish.
Everything was great; however, I love the garlic fried rice.

I went to Asakusa to enjoy sakura in Sumida Park the early part of April.
The riverside park has about 1,000 sakura trees.
I was born & grown up in the west side of Tokyo, so I haven’t been going there before that day.

There was a wonderful view of sakura with Tokyo SkyTree, and we could see both of riverside became looks like pale pink fluffy ribbons made of sakura trees.

My friend and I stayed 24th floor at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu.
From 23rd to 25th floors are the Bay Club Floors.
Guest staying in Bay Club Floor rooms enjoy privileges such as access to the “Bay Club Lounge” where complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea services and evening cocktails are served.

We enjoyed soft drinks and some snacks after we checked in the hotel, also had some evening cocktails before our dinner.
Again, we could not see any beautiful view from the window because of the snow storm.

Also, we had a breakfast at the lounge. It was a buffet style, and we had as much as we want. We really enjoyed a lot of kinds of wonderful breakfast.

Space Print Pocket Pencil Case from Cath Kidston

A few years ago, I was in love at first glance to space print by Cath Kidston.
BUT it was made for kids, the items line-up was boys’ backpack only.

This spring, my longing print is back, now they have some grown-up usable products!! At the beginning of my collection, I got a pencil case. It is for kids, but of course we can use.
I’ll put the small digital gadget and SD card in this.

Usually you can get some of the seasonal natural unfiltered juice from their website or some retail shops in Japan. And sometimes they hold cute pop-up juice stand.

I got their latest products, Non-sugar added dried apples and pears. Both of these are very good and I’m happy to have healthy snacks.

My friend and I went on an overnight trip to Yokohama, and stayed at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu.

Unfortunately, we got hit by a heavy snow storm that day. We could not enjoy the view of the beautiful harbor of Yokohama from our hotel window, but it was a good experience for us because we were able to relax with the view of snow storm from our hotel window.
